With only 33,000 actual miles, this 300 Coupe was purchased new In Georgia by a Delta Airlines pilot who kept a detailed hand-written journal from day one. His first entry in the journal is dated May 23rd, 1962, the day he bought the car, and the diary shows that with 41 miles on the odometer, he put 16.7 gallons of gas in the car at a cost of $5.98, which works out to 35.8 cents per gallon! The last entry in the diary was in 1975, the car has been in storage since then and has not been serviced since that time. Car is equipped with a 383 cu. in. V8, push-button automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power windows, leather upholstery and factory air conditioning. Original car diary will be passed onto the new buyer.
